Immedia Southwest Experience Center
LGE Design Build is proud to have designed and constructed Immedia's stunning new two-story office building, spanning 32,000 square feet. Immedia's new office is a testament to modern design and technological integration, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass walls, striking metal infrastructure frames, and intricate stonework customized exclusively for the building. Inside, it showcases the most current and integrated smart technology solutions that Immedia specializes in.
LGE Dallas Texas HQ
The newly opened 20,000-square-foot office recently underwent a massive redevelopment led by Creation, the developer, and executed by LGE, the architect and general contractor. The Dallas headquarters, located at 111 Leslie Street, is primely positioned less than 10 minutes from popular Downtown Dallas restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues, less than five minutes from Uptown and offers easy access to the DFW Metroplex highway system.
Fetzer Surgical’s 16,344-square-foot building was designed to be highly functional while simultaneously visually appealing. As a part of the vibrant residential neighborhood of DC Ranch, the LGE Design Build team strived to create a space that complements the surrounding offices and industrial buildings while upholding DC Ranch’s design guidelines. The earth-toned medical building features steel shade trellises and a sloped metal roof with an interior space designed to offer many unobstructed views of the McDowell Mountains.
SOLLiD Cabinetry is situated on 17 acres of land in Chandler, Arizona. LGE Design Build served as the architect and interior designer for this project that boasts six acres under roof for the purpose of utilizing manufacturing equipment imported from around the world. The facility also features 50,000 square feet of Class A office space and an expansive two-story lobby with lush finishes, including a solid walnut reception desk and fluted marble backwall.
Ortho AZ adds to LGE Design Build's stout portfolio of specialty design and construction, requiring both surgical and imaging suite designs. The project, located in Scottsdale, Arizona, was designed and built by LGE Design Build. The team also consisted of project-specific engineers, healthcare consultants, and subcontractors, who came together under one roof to properly produce the wide array of detail found in a medical project of this scope.

Loftin Equipment Company
Loftin Equipment Company’s new office, which is just to the north of our own Phoenix office, is a 20,549-square-foot office/warehouse facility.
Laser Components manufactures exactly what you might expect – laser components, within clean environments and with microscopic precision. The project is the home of the Southwest US office, research and production facility, incorporating complex gas, liquid chemical, electrical and air systems that are critical to the delicate processes of Laser Components’ business.
Arizona Outback Adventures
Arizona Outback Adventures is one of the newest and most striking additions to DC Ranch. This adventure moved its 12,500 SF headquarters to the North Scottsdale location in 2018. It is a two-story project, designed by James Elson to reflect the character of the company within and without the new building.
One of the nation’s leading providers of shared wireless infrastructure occupies this Class-A build-to-suite office space. Appointed with modern details and material finishes, the Crown Castle office in Chandler, Arizona is within minutes of high-density retail and transit gateways.
Revelation Real Estate
Integrating design and functionality into this office of the future, the expansive, unencumbered layout of the interior reflects the needs of its collaborative workforce. The focus on communal spaces includes a large, outdoor patio that integrates seamlessly into the indoor environment.
The new headquarters for PSS Law located in North Scottsdale along the Loop 101 near DC Ranch is a Class-A office space building with integrated design features including color block and green reflective glazing that accentuate the wood tones of the interior. From start to finish, design, permitting and construction were completed on this luxurious office building in just over 8 months.
After being named Fastest Growing Company by Inc. Magazine, Plexus relocated their Headquarters to an impressive, new facility on the Salt River Pima Indian Community. The 73,500-square-foot, two-story building provides the foundation Plexus needs to continue its continued growth.
In order to increase R&D capabilities, Garmin International added additional staff and built a brand new building in Chandler, Arizona. The high-tech office space features state-of-the-art technology and was awarded Best LEED Design in 2014 by the NAIOP.
The first Class-A office building to break a 5-year drought on new construction in The Airpark corridor, Bahia 101 is a 3-story facility with a sweeping 360-degree view of the surrounding McDowell Mountains and integral access to the Loop 101.
In the heart of Old Town, The Scottsdale Galleria is a 400,000-square-foot property originally designed as a retail mall. Following the development of the surrounding area into a retail district, The Galleria was converted into an office environment for tenants including Yelp.
