Offering supply chain management and delivering customized solutions to the airline industry, Michael Lewis Companies operates a large-scale distribution process through their state-of-the-art warehouse facility located in Goodyear, Arizona.

Following a competitive RFP process, LGE completed design, engineering and permitting for this new facility in Goodyear’s Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ), which offers competitive advantages to businesses working in international markets. The main warehouse consists of insulated metal panel walls and 42-foot clear height ceilings for high-density vertical storage. Approximately half of the building is refrigerated with 58 cool docks. With significant energy needs, consumption is offset by LEED Silver status and multiple sustainable solutions to provide clean energy wherever possible.
