LGE’s strategic design-build process was instrumental in overcoming obstacles and avoiding delays. Amid macroeconomic challenges, LGE and Stonemont identified value and sourcing opportunities, resulting in crucial savings and the timely completion within the scheduled 12-month period.
 
The thoughtful design includes 135 truck stalls and 309 parking spaces, ensuring ample parking and scalability to meet the diverse needs of tenants. This project exemplifies a commitment to both functionality and environmental harmony, reflecting Stonemont Financial’s dedication to creating spaces that seamlessly blend with their surroundings while providing optimal operational advantages for businesses in the bustling North Texas industrial sector.
