Designed and constructed by LGE Design Build, Crimson Canyon Durango stands as a testament to our commitment to modern design and quality construction. The Class A cross-dock industrial warehouse, spanning +/- 326,000 square feet in Buckeye, showcases a sleek and contemporary aesthetic marked by concrete tilt panels and stylish steel accents, embodying both modernity and functionality.
 
In our efforts to expedite the process, we aimed to facilitate the tenant’s early move-in during the Tenant Improvement (TI) phase. The construction process was adeptly tailored around the tenant, Exxon Mobil, ensuring an uninterrupted workflow and highlighting LGE’s proactive approach. The completion of Crimson Canyon Durango stands as a testament to LGE’s ability to deliver not only a cutting-edge facility but also a successful project for both the client, Crimson Canyon, and their tenant, Exxon Mobil.
