A20 Logistics Center

LGE Design Build served as both architect and general contractor for A20 Logistics Center, a modern industrial facility developed by Provident Industrial in Arlington, Texas. Situated on 10 acres, the building features a 32-foot clear height, 60-foot speed bay, 35 dock doors, and 113 parking spaces, and LED lighting throughout. A 2,165-square-foot speculative suite office with high-end finishes anchors the southwest corner, and infrastructure improvements — including an extended city roadway and new traffic signal — were completed as part of the project. The building’s design responds thoughtfully to its surroundings: with airport landing strips bordering the rear of the property, LGE embraced a grounded, linear aesthetic, using horizontal banding and a subtle gradient paint scheme to soften the facade’s scale and complement the neighboring apartment community.
