Spanning 43,000 SF, this project incorporated high-end finishes and state-of-the-art technology, including large LED TV walls requiring extensive coordination. LGE served as both the General Contractor and Architect, ensuring a seamless execution while working within an occupied building, which required careful planning with property management and existing tenants. The modern office space, situated in the Promenade shopping center near Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons, offers a cutting-edge work environment tailored to the needs of Cardone Ventures.
