Mazak

This 13,000-square-foot mixed office and warehouse tenant improvement project was designed and constructed to deliver a highly functional, customized facility that supports Mazak’s day-to-day operations while positioning the space for long-term growth. The project scope included a full office buildout paired with strategic warehouse enhancements, creating a seamless integration between administrative and industrial environments.

Structural modifications were executed to accommodate new layouts and operational requirements, while comprehensive mechanical, plumbing, and electrical upgrades were implemented to improve performance, efficiency, and reliability throughout the facility. Every element of the build was coordinated to maximize workflow, optimize space utilization, and enhance overall building functionality.
