Strategically located at 80th St and Pecos Rd., this two-building project spans 421,000 square feet and is designed to accommodate the evolving needs of industrial users. The design incorporates varied parapet heights, strategic changes in plane, and a thoughtfully curated color palette inspired by the surrounding desert landscape.
