The Shapiro Law Team office project transformed an unfinished basement into a fully conditioned, high-end law office space in Phoenix, AZ. Spanning just under 17,000 SF across three stories, the project introduced a break room, quiet room, and central stairwell, ensuring functionality and seamless flow between levels. Designed in a modern architectural style, the office features upscale lounges, private conference rooms, and executive-level spaces to accommodate elite legal professionals. LGE served as the General Contractor, with Evolution Design as the Architect, alongside key contributors such as Forward Tilt, MDI, Welch & Sandon, and Sterling Madison. Located in a residential area, the project enhances the local landscape with a sophisticated yet professional presence.
