Designed and built by LGE Design Build, Northern 101 Commerce Center, located in Glendale, Arizona, showcases our single-source solution for the construction of high-performance, modern-design, industrial facilities. The South Phase of the project is delivering very soon and will bring the total square footage of the commerce center to 388,621 square feet. Northern 101 Commerce Center features best-of-market clear height, parking ratios, and loading area configuration/dimensions typical to LGE’s standards of construction and design.
