The facility features a clubhouse lounge and kitchen space to host private events, along with a modern, intimate office. The open floor plan includes a consignment showroom where you will find a variety of cars, ranging from European exotics to classic muscle. The structure was designed to span 106 feet without any interior columns, allowing for maximum vehicular movement and configurations. The exterior design was made to match the aesthetic of the cars and features a classic look.

Other collectors and car enthusiasts will also be able to store their own high-valued vehicles in this space. Due to the value of the cars, it was necessary to equip the building with a state-of-the-art security system and automated access to enter and exit.
