Thunderbird Commerce Park is a Class A industrial facility delivered by LGE Design Build within the heart of Scottsdale Airpark. Built on a rare 18-acre site adjacent to Scottsdale Airport, the project showcases high-performance construction, efficient site planning, and durable industrial design tailored for modern operations.

The facility features 51 dock-high truck doors, a 32-foot clear height, 3,000 amps of power, and a 130-foot truck court to support heavy distribution and logistics demands. Additional site enhancements include four dual EV charging pedestals and 322 parking spaces, providing future-ready infrastructure and operational flexibility.
