In the heart of Old Town, The Scottsdale Galleria is a 400,000-square-foot property originally designed as a retail mall. Following the development of the surrounding area into a retail district, The Galleria was converted into an office environment for tenants including local search service Yelp.

Natural daylight casts down through many skylights on the main lobby after a complete renovation to enhance the space for modern-day tenants. White columns support the open atrium space that includes warm textures and colors, complementing the design with a comfortable, flexible environment for a variety of uses. There is no shortage of room for meetings, collaborating and relaxing in the lobby and surrounding balconies while enjoying a beverage from the coffee shop or the warmth of the Valley sun as it illuminates the core of the Galleria lobby.
