Adelante Healthcare Surprise

Capturing a Red Award for Best Redevelopment Project in 2012, the Adelante Healthcare facility transformed a vacant, existing structure into a new location that offers renowned community healthcare services to residents in Surprise, Arizona.

By taking advantage of a building with 100% vacancy and sold through bankruptcy, Adelante Healthcare redeveloped the existing structure to outfit a healthcare facility that includes 28 exam rooms, specialty waiting rooms, comfortable patient areas and a children’s play space in the main lobby. Other amenities include a café and conference space. Interior finishes include VCT wood flooring and accent paint schemes to create an inviting, relaxing atmosphere for patients and staff.
