Ortho AZ

Ortho AZ adds to LGE Design Build’s stout portfolio of specialty design and construction, requiring both surgical and imaging suite designs. The project, located in Scottsdale, Arizona, was designed and built by LGE Design Build. The team also consisted of project-specific engineers, healthcare consultants, and subcontractors, who came together under one roof to properly produce the wide array of detail found in a medical project of this scope.

Given its location in the SRP Maricopa Indian Community, the project is required to meet unique and stringent design requirements. The design must be respectful to the tradition-driven community guidelines, while also being a fresh and modern take on development in the community. The team of experts, the modern design, and the construction execution have made this a remarkable location for the growing Ortho AZ healthcare business.
