Scheduling Institute

The Scheduling Institute is a Downtown Phoenix adaptive reuse project that won a Red Award for Best Redevelopment Project in 2015. The team converted the former Jackson’s on Third into a dental training facility by salvaging much of its structural heritage and adding modern design components.

LGE was able to not only maintain the classic red brick structure, but also reuse material from demolition to redevelop this project. We completely reimagined the space of the building, providing a more efficient facility and maximizing optimal training environments. Exposed structure, ductwork and reclaimed wood adorn the walls and ceilings. Sealed concrete floors provide a durable surface for equipment. Ample daylight and an open-air courtyard provide occupants with a bright, beautiful view of Downtown Phoenix.
