Situated within the coveted Scottsdale Airpark, this project stands as a significant milestone for the city, Creation and LGE Design Build, responsible for both architecture and construction. Upon completion, Thunderbird Commerce Park will be a 243,000 square feet Class A industrial logistics facility. It will be built with 32-foot clear heights, 130-foot truck court depth, 3,000A of power, four EV dual charging pedestals, 51 truck doors and 322 car parking spaces.
