In May, we had the amazing opportunity to break ground at our Park Algodon project located in Phoenix, Arizona. This project will be mixed-use (industrial and retail) with a building area of 1,386,000 square feet and a total of five buildings. We're thrilled to embark on the $250 million Park Algodon project in partnership with Creation and Clarion Partners. As the chosen architect and general contractor, we're proud to bring this vision to life.
