Looking Back on the Ground Breaking of Park Algodon

In May, we had the amazing opportunity to break ground at our Park Algodon project located in Phoenix, Arizona. This project will be mixed-use (industrial and retail) with a building area of 1,386,000 square feet and a total of five buildings. We’re thrilled to embark on the $250 million Park Algodon project in partnership with Creation and Clarion Partners. As the chosen architect and general contractor, we’re proud to bring this vision to life.

At full build-out, Park Algodon will seamlessly integrate 1.3 million square feet of industrial space and 7ac of retail product with adjacent retail, restaurants and neighborhoods, creating a dynamic and vibrant community hub that will be a point of pride for everyone involved.

The David R. Sellers Foundation had the amazing opportunity to give back to the community. The foundation proudly presented a generous $20,000 check to, UMOM, whose mission is to end family homelessness by restoring hope and rebuilding lives. Jackson Fonder, who is the CEO of UMOM said he is honored to have the opportunity of accepting the donation that will help them give opportunities to those who are in desperate need of a home or a new start.
