LGE Joins PCH Big Dig for Kids 2024: A Record-Breaking Event
We’re thrilled to share that this year’s Big Dig for Kids event was a tremendous success! With the help of dedicated supporters and sponsors, we collectively raised over $1,086,000 for the MIBG Therapy Program at Phoenix Children’s Hospital — setting a new record for this impactful event.
As a team, LGE Design Build had the privilege of creating unforgettable moments with the children and their families. To bring a bit of LGE’s creative process to life, we crafted custom “coloring book” pages showcasing LGE project elevations, allowing kids to add their own artistic touch. Every completed masterpiece received an official “LGE approved” stamp, and it was heartwarming to see the pride on their faces as they held up their works of art.
The day was filled with smiles, laughter, and learning. Alongside interactive booths, we handed out custom t-shirts and gift bags filled with fun toys, making sure each child had something special to take home. Our LGE team was all hands on deck — from early morning setup to engaging with the kids, sharing insights about architecture and construction, and showing them what the design-build process is all about.
Reflecting on this event, it’s moments like these that remind us of the importance of community, compassion, and collaboration. We’re honored to support Phoenix Children’s Hospital in its mission to provide life-changing treatments, and we’re grateful to everyone who joined us in making this day both impactful and memorable.

Looking Back on the Ground Breaking of Park Algodon
In May, we had the amazing opportunity to break ground at our Park Algodon project located in Phoenix, Arizona. This project will be mixed-use (industrial and retail) with a building area of 1,386,000 square feet and a total of five buildings. We're thrilled to embark on the $250 million Park Algodon project in partnership with Creation and Clarion Partners. As the chosen architect and general contractor, we're proud to bring this vision to life.
