Loftin Equipment Company’s new office, which is just to the north of our own Phoenix office, is a 20,549-square-foot office/warehouse facility. The building, constructed by LGE Design Build, includes clerestory windows that provide natural daylighting in the warehouse and optimal views of Camelback Mountain from their office space. This modern structure features architecture by LGE Design Group, which is highlighted by a cantilevered steel canopy entrance and integral color masonry with desert tones.

With an 18-foot clear height, the warehouse was custom designed for the sale of Loftin’s products, which mainly consist of name brand engines and generators. The new Loftin location is conveniently located just north of Loop 202 in central Phoenix, just six miles from Downtown.
