Financial Analyst Intern - Arizona

The Financial Analyst Intern will be responsible for a broad range of financial and data analytics across several projects and processes. This role will be primarily focused on maintaining and finding efficiencies in the various FP&A functions and financial processes across LGE. The Financial Analyst Intern will help with various projects pertaining to trend analysis, forecasting, profitability, and reconciliation. This role will be responsible for the database management of project KPIs, employee utilization and other critical business metrics. This role will also be involved in the development of various financial workflow improvements, process implementations and database buildout. This is a diverse, wide-ranging role that will have the opportunity to work with numerous departments and entities. The Financial Analyst Intern will report into and work closely with the Director of Finance.

Project Manager - Arizona

To plan, direct, budget and coordinate the construction projects typically through the field Superintendent. Organize and provide a master project schedule and any required updates for sequencing of activity on the project site. Prepare and initiate any cost change orders for the Client of Sub-contractors as required during the course of construction. Assist preconstruction team in bid and subcontractor buy-out. Assure progress of the project is within the scheduled allotted time frame agreed to for the project. Direct the close out and assure final project punch list and warranty materials are provided in a timely manner.

Project Superintendent - Texas

Manage and coordinate all on site activities of sub-contractors, vendors and material deliveries on a given project for it to progress in a smooth and safe manner at all times while always striving to meet the scheduled deadline of the project. Coordinates efforts with the Project Manager during daily activities but ultimately reports to the Vice President of Construction.

Construction Administrator, LGE Design Group - Arizona

Architectural Construction Administrator (CA) works under the direction of the Director of Operations or Principal Architects managing the production of working drawings for all construction and project types.

Project Architect works under the direction of the Project Manager and Principal managing the production of working drawings for various construction and project types.

Project Architect works under the direction of the Project Manager and Principal managing the production of working drawings for various construction and project types.

Project Manager, LGE Design Group - Arizona

The Project Manager manages the production of working drawings for various construction and project types. We are looking to fill this position at our Phoenix headquarters. Responsibilities: Assist in construction administration tasks, request submittal fees from accounting, travel to visit job sites, drop off city submittals, and produce record set drawings once project is complete. Handle shop draw reviews, RFI responses, and production of construction documents. Attend and participate in internal and off-site meetings with coworkers, consultants and clients. Collaboration with estimating and construction on project details, bidding concerns, and overall document coordination and clarity. Requires a high level of knowledge of REVIT, Auto CAD, Excel and Word. Understanding of local zoning, building codes and systems, energy codes, ADA requirements, construction documents, construction administration and related procedures.

Interior Designer, LGE Design Group - Texas

The Interior Designer reports to the Interior Design Director, Project Manager, and Principal Architect. This individual assists in the production of interior architectural design strategies, programming, development, and the oversight of design intent during the Design Development, Construction Document, and Construction Administration phases.
