Paralegal/ Legal Assistant

The Paralegal or Legal Assistant will assist our General Counsel in a range of legal tasks including drafting real estate purchase contracts, commercial leases, various real estate agreements. They will perform review and analysis of edits to AIA construction contracts and subcontracts. They will manage deal flow and deadlines, perform research, fact checking, and help with litigation management. The Paralegal will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under high pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Director of Construction - Texas

The Director of Construction will manage the personnel, processes, and procedures of the Texas construction department for all construction projects. Coordinate with various jurisdictions for required permits, approvals, utilities, certificates and bonds or other necessary entitlements.

Commercial Project Executive - Arizona

The Project Executive develops and implements a plan to deliver the required project and services in the most effective and efficient manner possible, with the support of the project teams and input from external stakeholders. This position is responsible for managing all company contact with new and existing clients. The Project Executive may oversee a single large project or multiple projects. This position is responsible for managing the design-build process from inception to completion. Which includes, subcontractor selection and management, negotiating contracts, reviewing estimates, bid lists, constructability, profit/loss of assigned projects, and working with project management staff.

Vice President of Sales - Arizona

The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for leading their sales team to meet and exceed sales goals. The key duties of a VP of Sales include hiring and development members of their team, creating and executing sales strategies, and developing and managing the sales department budget. He or she is also expected to represent LGE’s services, expertise, culture and values with new clients and the real estate community.

Project Engineer - Texas

Project Engineers prepare, organize, and follow-up on project procurement. They work on tracking project scopes, contract documents, meeting minutes, job safety, quality assurance, and change order requests. Project Engineers monitor, control, and update project schedules, owner contracts, and construction contracts. P.E.’s will serve as technical source of information on projects, specifications, requests for information, shop drawings, and information transmitted by the project team.

Project Coordinator - Arizona/Texas

The Project Coordinator provides administrative support to Project Managers and Project Superintendents and prepares owner/subcontractor change order requests, owner proposals, RFI’s, RFP’s, submittals, etc. They also serve as a liaison between owners, architects, utility companies, suppliers, superintendents, and subcontractors.

Project Manager - Arizona

The Project Manager is to plan, direct, budget and coordinate the construction projects typically through the field Superintendent. Organize and provide a master project schedule and any required updates for sequencing of activity on the project site. Prepare and initiate any cost change orders for the Client of Sub-contractors as required during the course of construction. Assist preconstruction team in bid and subcontractor buy-out. Assure progress of the project is within the scheduled allotted time frame agreed to for the project. Direct the close out and assure final project punch list and warranty materials are provided in a timely manner.

Assistant Superintendent - Arizona

This role will assist the Superintendent with all onsite activities, including those involving sub-contractors, vendors, and material deliveries for the project to ensure it progresses in a smooth and safe manner while striving to meet the scheduled deadline. The Assistant Superintendent will help coordinate efforts with the Project Superintendent during daily activities but ultimately reports to the Director of Field Operations.

The Project Superintendent will manage and coordinate all on-site activities of sub-contractors, vendors and material deliveries on a given project for it to progress in a smooth and safe manner at all times while always striving to meet the scheduled deadline of the project. Coordinates efforts with the Project Manager during daily activities but ultimately reports to the Vice President of Construction. Required Attributes: Ability and willingness to travel. A strong successful background in commercial construction in a trade position for a period of not less than 5 years with another (5) years as a Commercial Construction Superintendent. Must have at least basic computer skills and be capable of creating weekly reports using Microsoft Excel and Word programs.

Project Architect, LGE Design Group - Arizona/Texas

The Project Architect manages the production of working drawings for various construction and project types. We are looking to fill this position at our Phoenix headquarters.  Multi- tasking within a fast paced environment and competently managing personal workload with high attention to detail in order to keep tasks on target and projects on time of set delivery schedules and deadlines. A high level of knowledge of REVIT, Auto CAD, Excel and Word. Understanding of local zoning, building codes and systems, energy codes, ADA requirements, construction documents, construction administration and related procedures.

The Job Captain works under the direction of the Project Manager and Director of Operations/Principal managing the production of working drawings for various construction and project types.

Project Manager, LGE Design Group

The Project Manager manages the production of working drawings for various construction and project types. We are looking to fill this position at our Phoenix headquarters. Responsibilities: Assist in construction administration tasks, request submittal fees from accounting, travel to visit job sites, drop off city submittals, and produce record set drawings once project is complete. Handle shop draw reviews, RFI responses, and production of construction documents. Attend and participate in internal and off-site meetings with coworkers, consultants and clients. Collaboration with estimating and construction on project details, bidding concerns, and overall document coordination and clarity. Requires a high level of knowledge of REVIT, Auto CAD, Excel and Word. Interior Designer Jr., LGE Design Group

The Junior Interior Designer reports to the Interior Design Director, Project Manager, and Principal Architect. This individual assists in the production of interior architectural design strategies, programming, development, and the oversight of design intent during the Design Development, Construction Document, and Construction Administration phases.

Estimator - Arizona

The Estimator is responsible for all projects assigned to this role. The process includes budget development / submission, detailed and comprehensive quality takeoffs, accurate cost evaluation, subcontractor and supplier bid solicitation, coordination with the design team on construction methodology, qualifying bids and scope, and executing contracts. The Estimator will coordinate with other management and senior level positions within the company to share information and ensure a streamlined process. The Estimator will work hand in hand with Estimating Team to achieve department / company goals.

Financial Analyst Intern

The Financial Analyst Intern will be responsible for a full range of financial and project analysis. This primary focus of this internship will be to aid in the streamlining of our monthly close through process improvement and expand upon existing project analytics. The Financial Analyst Intern will help maintain project accounting policies and procedures. In addition, this role will be work under the direction of the Financial Analyst to develop a robust FP&A function for numerous entities. This will involve project and P&L forecasting and variance analysis. This person will be responsible for various other projects as assigned in order to ensure that the books are closed timely and in accordance with US GAAP. This person will report directly to the Financial Analyst with an indirect report to the CFO.
