Director of Multifamily Construction - Arizona & Texas

The Director of Multifamily Construction will build and manage the personnel, processes, and procedures of the Multifamily Construction department. The Director of Multifamily Construction will report directly to the President of LGE Design Build. The Director of Multifamily Construction will assist in the LGE’s goals, strategies, and planning for construction. This includes master agreements, standard specifications, details, construction methodology, and implementing various processes to achieve a successful project as defined by budget, schedule, and owner satisfaction. This person must be able to define and understand LGE’s proprietary/preferred construction practices.

Project Manager - Arizona

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, budgeting and coordinating the construction projects typically through the field Superintendent. Organize and provide a master project schedule and any required updates for sequencing of activity on the project site. Prepare and initiate any cost change orders for the Client of Sub-contractors as required during the course of construction. Assist preconstruction team in bid and subcontractor buy-out. Assure progress of the project is within the scheduled allotted time frame agreed to for the project. Direct the close out and assure final project punch list and warranty materials are provided in a timely manner.

Project Engineer - Arizona

Project Engineer will prepare, organize, and follow-up on project procurement. They work on tracking project scopes, contract documents, meeting minutes, job safety, quality assurance, and change order requests. Project Engineers monitor, control, and update project schedules, owner contracts, and construction contracts. P.E.’s will serve as technical source of information on projects, specifications, requests for information, shop drawings, and information transmitted by the project team.

Assistant Superintendent - Arizona

This role will assist the Superintendent with all onsite activities, including those involving sub-contractors, vendors, and material deliveries for the project to ensure it progresses in a smooth and safe manner while striving to meet the scheduled deadline. The Assistant Superintendent will help coordinate efforts with the Project Superintendent during daily activities but ultimately reports to the Director of Field Operations.

Accounting and Finance Intern - Arizona

The Accounting Intern will be involved and encouraged to participate in several aspects of accounting and business reporting analytics. The primary focus will be to gain knowledge of simple to moderate accounting transactions within accounting ERP, assigned month end close procedures, participate in financial statement preparation, perform ad hoc business analysis, database management and trend analysis and prepare documentation for leadership team. The Accounting & Finance Intern will gain unique insight into the full design build process and financial processes that take place. This is a diverse, wide-ranging role that will have the opportunity to gain exposure into numerous business processes and departments.

Construction Administrator, LGE Design Group - Arizona

Architectural Construction Administrator (CA) works under the direction of the Director of Operations or Principal Architects managing the production of working drawings for all construction and project types.

Project Architect, LGE Design Group - Arizona

Project Architect works under the direction of the Project Manager and Principal managing the production of working drawings for various construction and project types.

Job Captain, LGE Design Group - Arizona

Job Captain works under the direction of the Project Manager and Director of Operations | Principal managing the production of working drawings for various construction and project types.
