Project Architect
The Project Architect works under the direction of the Project Director and Principal managing the production of working drawings for various construction and project types. We are looking to fill this position at our Phoenix headquarters. Required attributes: MOST important is TEAM spirit! Multi- tasking within a fast paced environment and competently managing personal workload with high attention to detail in order to keep tasks on target and projects on time of set delivery schedules and deadlines. A high level of knowledge of REVIT, Auto CAD, Excel and Word. Understanding of local zoning, building codes and systems, energy codes, ADA requirements, construction documents, construction administration and related procedures.
Residential Superintendent
Manage and coordinate all on site activities of sub-contractors, vendors and material deliveries on a given project for it to progress in a smooth and safe manner at all times while always striving to meet the scheduled deadline of the project. Residential Project Manager
To plan, direct, budget and coordinate residential construction projects typically through the field Superintendent. Organize and provide a master project schedule and any required updates for sequencing of activity on the project site. Prepare and initiate any cost change orders for the Client of Sub-contractors as required during the course of construction. Assure progress of the project is within the scheduled allotted time frame agreed to for the project. Director of Business Development
The Director of Business Development at LGE Design Build is responsible for the cultivation of new business through networking and lead generation. He or she is expected to represent LGE’s services, expertise, culture and values with new clients and the real estate community. The Director of Business Development reports to LGE’s President/CEO. The position is one of LGE’s primary outward-facing representatives and is responsible for generating and leading an incredibly exciting, active and diverse pipeline of projects at a company whose reputation is for high design, high quality, versatility and a truly unique design-build business model.
Vice President – Development , CREATION
This role is responsible for management of new project due diligence, pre-construction activity oversight (including but not limited to preliminary design approvals, engineered drawings coordination, entitlement process coordination, bid coordination, bid finalization, and building permit coordination), oversight of construction management team, off-site construction coordination, development close out, property disposition close out, development status reporting, assembling RFP’s for design and construction services in markets that Creation’s sister company (LGE Design Build) is not the design/builder.
Financial Analyst, LGE / CREATION
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for a full range of financial and project analysis across various entities. This role will be primarily focused on developing and growing the FP&A functions across LGE and its affiliates. Financial Analyst will report into the Finance Manager. The Financial Analyst will help with various project analytics, forecasting, profitability, and reconciliation. This role will also be responsible for the monthly rolling forecasting for various business units. In addition, this role will be heavily involved with development financial modeling. This includes preparing development budgets, capital outlays, forward sale analysis, equity & debt budgets, return waterfalls, etc. This role will be involved in the annual planning for various entities along with the monthly variance analysis reporting. This is a diverse, wide ranging role that will have the opportunity to work with numerous entities.
Residential Project Engineer
Prepare, organize and follow up on project procurement. Track project scope, contract documents, meeting minutes, job safety, quality assurance, and change order requests. Monitoring, controlling and updating project schedules, owner contracts, construction contracts. Serve as technical source of information on projects, specifications, requests for information, shop drawings and information transmitted by the project team. LGE will provide necessary training in all aspects of custom residential construction.
Project Superintendent
LGE is looking for someone with a strong successful background in commercial construction who has held a trade position for a period of not less than 5 years and with another (5) years as a Commercial Construction Superintendent. LGE Superintendents manage and coordinate all on site activities of sub-contractors, vendors and material deliveries on a given project for it to progress in a smooth and safe manner at all times while always striving to meet the scheduled deadline of the project. The Superintendent coordinates efforts with the Project Manager during daily activities but ultimately reports to the Director of Construction.
Architectural Project Director
Architectural Project Director works under the direction of the Principal Architect managing the production of working drawings for all construction and project types. A high level of knowledge of Auto CAD, REVIT, Excel and Word. Understanding of local zoning, building codes and systems, energy codes, ADA requirements, construction documents, construction administration and related procedures. Following the Principal, the Project Director is the main point of contact on all projects.
