Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator provides administrative support to project managers and project superintendents, prepare owner/subcontractor change order requests, owner proposals, RFI's, RFP's, submittals, etc. Serve as a liaison between owners, architects, utility companies, suppliers, superintendents, and subcontractors.

Legal Counsel

The General Counsel is responsible for a myriad of responsibilities across all aspects of LGE’s operations from design to construction to real estate. We are looking to fill this position at our Phoenix headquarters. Functions of the position include but not limited to drafting, reviewing and analyzing the following documents and agreements: construction contracts (AIA Contracts), development agreements, purchase agreements in addition to associated amendments, operating agreements, Real estate Joint Venture Operating agreements, MOU’s, declarations, CC&Rs, management agreements, subcontract agreements, consultant agreements, parking agreements, loan documents, escrow agreements, title commitments, commercial real estate title work, sign agreements, non-disclosure agreements, confidentiality agreements, leases, Non-disturbance agreements, Articles of organization (set up LLC’s and keep in good standing), ground leases, internal governance policies, tax documents, trusts, memorandum of understanding, and Letters of Intent, broker agreements.

Project Engineer

The Project Engineers prepare, organize, and follow-up on project procurement. Tracking project scopes, contract documents, meeting minutes, job safety, quality assurance, and change order requests. Project Engineers monitor, control, and update project schedules, owner contracts, and construction contracts. P.E.’s will serve as technical source of information on projects, specifications, requests for information, shop drawings, and information transmitted by the project team.

Estimator

The Estimator will assist in LGE’s goals, strategies, and preconstruction services in a manner above reproach. The position requires client relations, subcontractor/vendor relations, time management, efficiency, and fundamental estimating. We are looking to fill this position at our Phoenix headquarters. The Estimator is responsible for budget development / submission, detailed and comprehensive quality takeoffs, accurate cost evaluation, subcontractor and supplier bid solicitation, coordination with the design team on construction methodology, qualifying bids and scope, and executing contracts. The Estimator will coordinate with other management and senior level positions within the company to share information and ensure a streamlined process. The Estimator will work hand in hand with Estimating Team to achieve department / company goals and shall report to the Director of Preconstruction. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent work experience. Possess at least seven years of experience with a general contractor, with at least three years of service dedicated to preconstruction.

Project Manager

The Project Manager will plan, direct, budget and coordinate the construction projects typically through the field Superintendent. We are looking to fill this position at our Phoenix headquarters. He or she will also organize and provide a master project schedule and any required updates for sequencing of activity on the project site, prepare and initiate any cost change orders for the Client of Sub-contractors as required during the course of construction, assist preconstruction team in bid and subcontractor buy-out, assure progress of the project is within the scheduled allotted time frame agreed to for the project, and direct the close out and assure final project punch list and warranty materials are provided in a timely manner. Required Attributes: Expert knowledge of building products, plan reading, construction details and relevant construction rules, regulations, and quality standards. A degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related fields a plus. Familiar with construction project management software. Advanced knowledge in construction scheduling, construction management processes, means and methods.

Traveling Project Superintendent

The Traveling Project Superintendent will manage and coordinate all on-site activities of sub-contractors, vendors and material deliveries on a given project for it to progress in a smooth and safe manner at all times while always striving to meet the scheduled deadline of the project. Coordinates efforts with the Project Manager during daily activities but ultimately reports to the Vice President of Construction. Required Attributes: Ability and willingness to travel. A strong successful background in commercial construction in a trade position for a period of not less than 5 years with another (5) years as a Commercial Construction Superintendent. Must have at least basic computer skills and be capable of creating weekly reports using Microsoft Excel and Word programs. Takes pride in accomplishing personal and company goals and is a team player representing LGE Design Build in a manner that helps promote LGE as a leader in the industry.

Project Superintendent - Texas

Required Attributes: Ability to work constructively in a team environment that is fast-paced. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent work experience. Possess at least seven years of experience with a general contractor, with at least three years of service dedicated to preconstruction.

Designer, LGE Design Group

The Designer will have an active role in the design of projects including project programing, site design, building design, space planning, material selections and project entitlement. We are looking to fill this position at our Phoenix headquarters. Responsibilities: Support and/or conduct client meetings, obtain client approval and ensure integration into overall design, support creative design decisions that are within project goals and cost, assist in the entitlement of a project through the related city/ county process, assist in the review of shop drawings, provides team coordination for the finished plans, specifications and material selections required for construction, participate in construction administration to verify follow through of design, assists staff to further project objectives and meet deadlines. Knowledge of design software, AutoCAD, REVIT, Sketch Up, Excel, Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of CDs, contract administration, building systems, codes and ADA requirements.

Project Architect, LGE Design Group

The Project Architect manages the production of working drawings for various construction and project types. We are looking to fill this position at our Phoenix headquarters. Multi- tasking within a fast paced environment and competently managing personal workload with high attention to detail in order to keep tasks on target and projects on time of set delivery schedules and deadlines. A high level of knowledge of REVIT, Auto CAD, Excel and Word. Understanding of local zoning, building codes and systems, energy codes, ADA requirements, construction documents, construction administration and related procedures.

Project Manager, LGE Design Group

The Project Manager manages the production of working drawings for various construction and project types. We are looking to fill this position at our Phoenix headquarters. Responsibilities: Assist in construction administration tasks, request submittal fees from accounting, travel to visit job sites, drop off city submittals, and produce record set drawings once project is complete. Handle shop draw reviews, RFI responses, and production of construction documents. Attend and participate in internal and off-site meetings with coworkers, consultants and clients. Collaboration with estimating and construction on project details, bidding concerns, and overall document coordination and clarity. Requires a high level of knowledge of REVIT, Auto CAD, Excel and Word. Understanding of local zoning, building codes and systems, energy codes, ADA requirements, construction documents, construction administration and related procedures.

Project Architect, LGE Design Group - Texas

The Project Architect manages the production of working drawings for various construction and project types. We are looking to fill this position at our Dallas, TX office.
