Director of Construction - Arizona

The Director of Construction is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all construction projects, managing construction office staff, and ensuring the successful delivery of commercial projects. This individual plays a pivotal role in maintaining project quality, schedule adherence, and budget compliance, while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President, the Director of Construction serves as a strategic partner in achieving organizational objectives.

Project Superintendent - Texas

Manage and coordinate all on site activities of sub-contractors, vendors and material deliveries on a given project for it to progress in a smooth and safe manner at all times while always striving to meet the scheduled deadline of the project. Coordinates efforts with the Project Manager during daily activities but ultimately reports to the Vice President of Construction.

Civil Engineer - Texas

The Civil Engineer with be responsible to ensure the accurate execution of the site civil design providing preconstruction design and review of project sites. Making best practice decisions for all stake holders throughout the life of the project ensuring an on-brand experience.

Project Manager - Arizona

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, budgeting and coordinating the construction projects typically through the field Superintendent. Organize and provide a master project schedule and any required updates for sequencing of activity on the project site. Prepare and initiate any cost change orders for the Client of Sub-contractors as required during the course of construction. Assist preconstruction team in bid and subcontractor buy-out. Assure progress of the project is within the scheduled allotted time frame agreed to for the project. Direct the close out and assure final project punch list and warranty materials are provided in a timely manner.

Project Engineer - Arizona

The Project Engineer will prepare, organize, and follow up on project procurement. Track project scope, contract documents, meeting minutes, job safety, quality assurance, and change order requests. Monitoring, controlling, and updating project schedules, owner contracts, construction contracts. Serve as technical source of information on projects, specifications, requests for information, shop drawings and information transmitted by the project team.

QA/QC Production Manager - Architectural Division - Arizona

The Architectural Production Manager works under the direction of the Studio Director and/or Vice President Architectural Division managing the production of working drawings for all construction and project types.

Human Resources Intern - Part-time Arizona

Working under the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Admin Intern is a representative of the human resources department that supports all HR functions and programs. Duties often involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee database to posting job ads.
