Project Manager - Arizona

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, budgeting and coordinating the construction projects typically through the field Superintendent. Organize and provide a master project schedule and any required updates for sequencing of activity on the project site. Prepare and initiate any cost change orders for the Client of Sub-contractors as required during the course of construction. Assist preconstruction team in bid and subcontractor buy-out. Assure progress of the project is within the scheduled allotted time frame agreed to for the project. Direct the close out and assure final project punch list and warranty materials are provided in a timely manner.

Project Engineer - Arizona

Project Engineers prepare, organize, and follow-up on project procurement. They work on tracking project scopes, contract documents, meeting minutes, job safety, quality assurance, and change order requests. Project Engineers monitor, control, and update project schedules, owner contracts, and construction contracts. P.E.’s will serve as technical source of information on projects, specifications, requests for information, shop drawings, and information transmitted by the project team.

Project Engineer Intern - Arizona

Director of Multifamily Construction - Arizona & Texas

The Director of Multifamily Construction will build and manage the personnel, processes, and procedures of the Multifamily Construction department. The Director of Multifamily Construction will report directly to the President of LGE Design Build. The Director of Multifamily Construction will assist in the LGE’s goals, strategies, and planning for construction. This includes master agreements, standard specifications, details, construction methodology, and implementing various processes to achieve a successful project as defined by budget, schedule, and owner satisfaction. This person must be able to define and understand LGE’s proprietary/preferred construction practices.

Project Superintendent - Arizona

Manage and coordinate all on site activities of sub-contractors, vendors and material deliveries on a given project for it to progress in a smooth and safe manner at all times while always striving to meet the scheduled deadline of the project. Coordinates efforts with the Project Manager during daily activities but ultimately reports to the Vice President of Construction.

Studio Director , Architectural Division - Arizona

The Studio Director (SD) is a position that is a balance of practice and management. The SD will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Arizona Office and its staff; Project Managers, Project Architects and Job Captains to ensure the project delivery dates and quality are being maintained for all clients. The role is ultimately a balance of practice and management, requiring the SD to be flexible in the work environment and able to transition quickly between tasks.

Interior Designer, Architectural Division - Arizona

The Interior Designer reports to the Director of Interior Design. This individual assists in the production of interior architectural design strategies, programming, development, and the oversight of design intent during the Design Development, Construction Document, and Construction Administration phases.

Job Captain, Architectural Division - Arizona

Job Captain works under the direction of the Project Manager and Director of Operations | Principal managing the production of working drawings for various construction and project types.

Project Manager, Architectural Division - Arizona

Project Manager works under the direction of the Director of Operations | Principal and coordinates all aspects of assigned projects both administrative and technical from the entitlement phase through construction administration. You are introduced as the primary client liaison as appropriate during the LGE process of delivery with an emphasis on bringing the project to completion on schedule with maximum client satisfaction.
