Vice President of Sales

The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for leading their sales team to meet and exceed sales goals. The key duties of a VP of Sales include hiring and development members of their team, creating and executing sales strategies, and developing and managing the sales department budget. He or she is also expected to represent LGE’s services, expertise, culture and values with new clients and the real estate community.

Director of Talent Acquisition

The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience. Three years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or project managing within the recruitment industry.

Preconstruction Manager/Sr. Estimator

The Preconstruction Manager/Senior Estimator is responsible for all projects assigned to this role. The process includes preliminary budget development / submission, detailed and comprehensive quality takeoffs, accurate cost evaluation, subcontractor and supplier bid solicitation, coordination with the design team on construction methodology, qualifying bids and scope, managing design consultants and executing design consultant contracts. The Preconstruction Manager will coordinate with other management and senior level positions within the company to share information and ensure a streamlined process.

Multifamily Project Manager

The Multifamily Project Manger will plan, direct, budget and coordinate multifamily construction projects typically through the field Superintendent. Organize and provide a master project schedule and any required updates for sequencing of activity on the project site. Prepare and initiate any cost change orders for the Client of Sub-contractors as required during the course of construction. Assure progress of the project is within the scheduled allotted time frame agreed to for the project. Direct the close out and assure final project punch list and warranty materials are provided in a timely manner. At times this position will be inclusive of field supervision and will be required to manage and coordinate all on site activities of sub-contractors, vendors and material deliveries on a given project for it to progress in a smooth and safe manner at all times while always striving to meet the scheduled deadline of the project.

Project Scheduler

The Project Scheduler will plan, create, maintain, and report the construction schedule from project initiation (conceptual) through construction & commissioning. The Scheduler will work directly with Preconstruction, Project Superintendents, and Construction Managers to identify long lead items and procurement, input status updates, incorporate changes and delays, and analyze project progress. The Scheduler will coordinate with project managers, project engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other departments to collect schedule data.

Project Manager

The Project Manager will plan, direct, budget and coordinate the construction projects typically through the field Superintendent. We are looking to fill this position at our Phoenix headquarters. He or she will also organize and provide a master project schedule and any required updates for sequencing of activity on the project site, prepare and initiate any cost change orders for the Client of Sub-contractors as required during the course of construction, assist preconstruction team in bid and subcontractor buy-out, assure progress of the project is within the scheduled allotted time frame agreed to for the project, and direct the close out and assure final project punch list and warranty materials are provided in a timely manner. Required Attributes: Expert knowledge of building products, plan reading, construction details and relevant construction rules, regulations, and quality standards. A degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related fields a plus. Familiar with construction project management software. Advanced knowledge in construction scheduling, construction management processes, means and methods.

Graphic Design - Entry Level - Part-time

The Graphic Design - Entry Level will be responsible for a full range of print and digital materials. The primary focus of this role will be to support and provide the overall LGE team (including: sales, rendering specialists, architects and construction experts) with day to day requests and deliverables. The Graphic Design Intern will be working on large competitive proposals, advertising campaigns, site support and materials, and logo design. This is a part-time position.

Traveling Project Superintendent - Texas

The Traveling Project Superintendent will manage and coordinate all on-site activities of sub-contractors, vendors and material deliveries on a given project for it to progress in a smooth and safe manner at all times while always striving to meet the scheduled deadline of the project. Coordinates efforts with the Project Manager during daily activities but ultimately reports to the Vice President of Construction. Required Attributes: Ability and willingness to travel. A strong successful background in commercial construction in a trade position for a period of not less than 5 years with another (5) years as a Commercial Construction Superintendent. Must have at least basic computer skills and be capable of creating weekly reports using Microsoft Excel and Word programs.

Director of Preconstruction - Texas

The Texas based Director of Preconstruction is responsible for the management and coordination of construction projects during the preconstruction phase. This includes estimating, scheduling, and design overview. Oversees the Texas based Estimating Department, coordinates the architect and design consultants, and is a main point of contact for project owners.

Project Superintendent - Texas

Project Superintendent will manage and coordinate all on-site activities of sub-contractors, vendors and material deliveries on a given project for it to progress in a smooth and safe manner at all times while always striving to meet the scheduled deadline of the project. Coordinates efforts with the Project Manager during daily activities but ultimately reports to the Vice President of Construction. Required Attributes: Ability and willingness to travel. A strong successful background in commercial construction in a trade position for a period of not less than 5 years with another (5) years as a Commercial Construction Superintendent. Must have at least basic computer skills and be capable of creating weekly reports using Microsoft Excel and Word programs.

Project Architect, LGE Design Group

The Project Architect manages the production of working drawings for various construction and project types. We are looking to fill this position at our Phoenix headquarters. Multi- tasking within a fast paced environment and competently managing personal workload with high attention to detail in order to keep tasks on target and projects on time of set delivery schedules and deadlines. A high level of knowledge of REVIT, Auto CAD, Excel and Word. Understanding of local zoning, building codes and systems, energy codes, ADA requirements, construction documents, construction administration and related procedures.

Project Manager, LGE Design Group

The Project Manager manages the production of working drawings for various construction and project types. We are looking to fill this position at our Phoenix headquarters. Responsibilities: Assist in construction administration tasks, request submittal fees from accounting, travel to visit job sites, drop off city submittals, and produce record set drawings once project is complete. Handle shop draw reviews, RFI responses, and production of construction documents. Attend and participate in internal and off-site meetings with coworkers, consultants and clients. Collaboration with estimating and construction on project details, bidding concerns, and overall document coordination and clarity. Requires a high level of knowledge of REVIT, Auto CAD, Excel and Word. Understanding of local zoning, building codes and systems, energy codes, ADA requirements, construction documents, construction administration and related procedures.

Project Architect, LGE Design Group - Texas

The Project Architect manages the production of working drawings for various construction and project types. We are looking to fill this position at our Dallas, TX office. Required attributes: Multi- tasking within a fast paced environment and competently managing personal workload with high attention to detail in order to keep tasks on target and projects on time of set delivery schedules and deadlines. A high level of knowledge of REVIT, Auto CAD, Excel and Word. Understanding of local zoning, building codes and systems, energy codes, ADA requirements, construction documents, construction administration and related procedures.
