Project Superintendent Phoenix, AZ

Manage and coordinate all on site activities of sub-contractors, vendors and material deliveries on a given project for it to progress in a smooth and safe manner at all times while always striving to meet the scheduled deadline of the project. Coordinates efforts with the Project Manager during daily activities but ultimately reports to the Director of Construction.

Project Manager Phoenix, AZ

To plan, direct, budget and coordinate construction projects typically through the field Superintendent. Organize and provide a master project schedule and any required updates for sequencing of activity on the project site. Prepare and initiate any cost change orders for the Client or Sub-contractors as required. Assure progress of the project is within the schedule. Direct the close out, final project punch list and warranty phases.

Project Architect Phoenix, AZ

Project Architect works under the direction of the Project Director and Principal managing the production of working drawings for various construction and project types.

Project Coordinator

Provide administrative support to project managers and project superintendents, prepare owner/subcontractor change order requests, owner proposals, RFI’s, RFP’s, submittals, etc. Serve as a liaison between owners, architects, utility companies, suppliers, superintendents and subcontractors. Project Coordinator will report to Director of Construction.

Project Executive

Responsible for the cultivation of new business through networking and lead generation as well as the fostering of each client through LGE’s unique design-build process/business model. He or she is expected to represent LGE’s services, expertise, quality, culture and values with new clients and the real estate community. Project Executives report to LGE’s Senior Project Executive and are supported by the Business Development Manager and Business Development Coordinator.
