Sr. Project Manager - Texas

The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible plan, direct, budget and coordinate the construction projects typically through the field Superintendent. Organize and provide a master project schedule and any required updates for sequencing of activity on the project site. Prepare and initiate any cost change orders for the Client of Sub-contractors as required during the course of construction. Assist preconstruction team in bid and subcontractor buy-out. Assure progress of the project is within the scheduled allotted time frame agreed to for the project. Direct the close out and assure final project punch list and warranty materials are provided in a timely manner.

Project Manager - Texas

Project Engineer - Texas

The Project Engineer is responsible for preparing, organizing, and following-up on project procurement. They work on tracking project scopes, contract documents, meeting minutes, job safety, quality assurance, and change order requests. Project Engineers monitor, control, and update project schedules, owner contracts, and construction contracts. P.E.’s will serve as a technical source of information on projects, specifications, requests for information, shop drawings, and information transmitted by the project team.

Project Superintendent - Texas

Manage and coordinate all on site activities of sub-contractors, vendors and material deliveries on a given project for it to progress in a smooth and safe manner at all times while always striving to meet the scheduled deadline of the project. Coordinates efforts with the Project Manager during daily activities but ultimately reports to the Vice President of Construction.

Office Manger - Texas

The Office Manager plays a key role as the first point of contact, welcoming and directing visitors, answering telephones, and providing essential clerical and customer service support to the office. This individual will engage with visitors, clients, and subcontractors, offering assistance by answering routine questions, providing general information, handling phone inquiries, performing data entry, typing, scanning, and ensuring the comfort of guests by offering beverages. Additionally, the Office Assistant/Manager will be responsible for maintaining the needs of the building and supporting office staff.

Accounting Manager - Arizona

The Accounting Manager role is responsible for all day-to-day and month end close accounting functions for LGE Design Build. This includes having the ability to effectively communicate accounting and project related matters with both internal and external customers quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Project Cost Accountant - Arizona

The Project Cost Accountant is responsible for construction project accounting functions including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, job cost, budget, commitments, lien waivers, and billing for LGE Design Build. This includes having the ability to effectively communicate accounting and project-related matters with both internal and external customers quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Project Manager - Arizona

Production Manager - Architectural Division - Arizona

The Architectural Production Manager works under the direction of the Studio Director and/or Vice President Architectural Division managing the production of working drawings for all construction and project types.

BIM Manager/Job Captain III - Arizona

BIM Manager/Job Captain III works under the direction of the Studio Director. Assisting the Project Manager and/or Project Architect in the development of projects from design through construction, coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for successful project implementation and developing and creating BIM standards and guidelines.
