Project Executive - Medical

The Project Executive — Medical is responsible for driving business growth through proactive client development, strategic pursuit of new opportunities, and exceptional project delivery. This role is LGE’s primary sales and operational leader for medical construction — combining executive-level client relationship management with full accountability for the medical division’s revenue, margin, and delivery outcomes. The role requires deep knowledge of healthcare facility types — MOBs, ASCs, behavioral health, urgent care, and specialty outpatient — along with infection control protocols, specialized MEP systems, and phased construction in occupied environments. The Project Executive partners closely with Business Development and Preconstruction to build relationships with health systems, physician groups, healthcare developers, and REITs, leveraging LGE’s integrated design-build model as a key differentiator in pursuit and delivery. Mission: Drive growth and consistency in LGE’s medical construction portfolio through exceptional project delivery, proactive client service, and operational excellence. Build the market relationships and repeat client base that establish LGE as the leading design-build contractor for healthcare development in the Phoenix region.

Project Executive - Retail Commercial

The Project Executive — Retail Commercial is responsible for driving business growth through proactive client development, strategic pursuit of new opportunities, and exceptional project delivery. This role is LGE’s primary sales and operational leader for retail construction — combining executive-level client relationship management with full accountability for the retail division’s revenue, margin, and delivery outcomes. The role requires deep knowledge of national and regional retail construction trends, prototype programs, and multi-site delivery models. The Project Executive partners closely with Business Development and Preconstruction to build relationships with developers, retail brands, and tenant rep brokers — while leveraging LGE’s integrated design-build model as a key competitive differentiator in pursuit and delivery. Mission: Drive growth and consistency in LGE’s retail construction portfolio through exceptional project delivery, proactive client service, and operational excellence. Build the market relationships and repeat client base that establish LGE as the leading design-build contractor for retail development in the Phoenix region.

Project Manager- Architecture - Arizona

Project Manager works under the direction of the Studio Director and coordinates all aspects of assigned projects both administrative and technical from the entitlement phase through construction administration. You are introduced as the primary client liaison as appropriate during the LGE process of delivery with an emphasis on bringing the project to completion on schedule with maximum client satisfaction.

Project Manager - Commercial Construction

To plan, direct, budget and coordinate the construction projects typically through the field Superintendent. Organize and provide a master project schedule and any required updates for sequencing of activity on the project site. Prepare and initiate any cost change orders for the Client of Sub-contractors as required during the course of construction. Assist preconstruction team in bid and subcontractor buy-out. Assure progress of the project is within the scheduled allotted time frame agreed to for the project. Direct the close out and assure final project punch list and warranty materials are provided in a timely manner.

Superintendent - Arizona

Manage and coordinate all on site activities of sub-contractors, vendors and material deliveries on a given project for it to progress in a smooth and safe manner at all times while always striving to meet the scheduled deadline of the project. Coordinates efforts with the Project Manager during daily activities but ultimately reports to the Director of Field Operations.

Director of Tenant Improvement - Texas

The Director of Tenant Improvement will oversee and direct all aspects of tenant improvement projects within the Texas market. This position combines strong leadership, operational excellence, and business development responsibilities. The ideal candidate will manage project performance, ensure client satisfaction, and cultivate relationships that expand our market presence.

Studio Director - Texas

The Studio Director (SD) is responsible for ensuring the Texas Architectural Studio consistently delivers high-quality, efficient, and well-coordinated design work. This role balances practice and management, overseeing day-to-day operations of the Texas office and its staff (Project Managers, Project Architects, Job Captains, and support roles) to ensure project delivery dates, quality standards, and client expectations are met. The SD focuses on design excellence, project execution, and team development, working closely with firm leadership to strengthen integration between design and construction. The position requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on oversight, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest professional standard.

Project Manager - Architecture - Texas

You are introduced as the primary client liaison as appropriate during the LGE process of delivery with an emphasis on bringing the project to completion on schedule with maximum client satisfaction.

Director of Business Development- Florida

As Director of Business Development at LGE Design Build is responsible for the cultivation of new business through networking and lead generation as well as the fostering of each client through LGE’s design-build process. He or she is expected to represent LGE’s services, expertise, culture and values with new clients and the real estate community. Director of Business Development report to the Regional Vice President. The position is one of LGE’s primary outward-facing representatives and is responsible for generating and leading an incredibly exciting, active, and diverse pipeline of projects at a company whose reputation is for high design, high quality, versatility, and a truly unique design-build business model.

Director of Preconstruction - Florida

The Florida based Director of Preconstruction and Sales is responsible for the management and coordination of construction projects during the preconstruction phase. This includes estimating, scheduling, plan review and design overview. Oversees the Florida based Estimating Department, coordinates the architect and design consultants, and is a main point of contact for project owners. Director of Preconstruction and will report directly to the Regional Vice President.

Preconstruction Manager/Sr. Estimator- Florida

The Preconstruction Manager/Senior Estimator is responsible for all projects assigned to this role. The process includes preliminary budget development / submission, detailed and comprehensive quality takeoffs, accurate cost evaluation, subcontractor and supplier bid solicitation, coordination with the design team on construction methodology, qualifying bids and scope, managing design consultants and executing design consultant contracts. The Preconstruction Manager will coordinate with other management and senior level positions within the company to share information and ensure a streamlined process. The Preconstruction Manager/Senior Estimator will work hand in hand with the Estimating Team to achieve department / company goals.
