Arizona Outback Adventures

Arizona Outback Adventures is one of the newest and most striking additions to DC Ranch. This adventure moved its 12,500 SF headquarters to the North Scottsdale location in 2018. It is a two-story project, designed by James Elson to reflect the character of the company within and without the new building.

It’s an eclectic mix of rustic and natural materials – masonry block to anchor the building to the earth, and oxidized metal panels and glass to enclose the second floor. Topping it off is a dramatic wooden roof structure supported by vivid, extending steel beams. It’s a building that is respectful of the environment it serves both by design and by housing company that fosters all different kinds of exploration of the Arizona outback. Its interior is an exciting interplay of natural light and exposed structure and open, two-story volume. LGE is proud to bring Arizona Outback Adventures and all of the excitement that comes along with it to the community with this new, monumental home for a fantastic, environmentally friendly business.
