We Don't Just Build. We Create.
A trusted design-build firm with more than 30 years of award-winning work across the Southwest and beyond.
Architecture, Interiors and Construction Under One Roof
With a culture of creative teamwork and a sharp focus on value, LGE Design Build is a trusted design-build firm with more than 30 years of experience delivering award-winning projects across the Southwest and beyond. What began in Phoenix has grown into a multi-market presence, with teams in Phoenix, Dallas, and Tampa serving clients across the country. Through a fully integrated approach that brings architecture, interior design, and construction under one roof, we collaborate closely with our clients from concept through completion. While we’re proud of the buildings we create, the people who use them will always be our biggest priority. We don’t just build. We create.
30 Years and Beyond.
LGE History and Mission for the Future
LGE Design Build was founded in 1994 with a simple idea: streamline the design and construction process by putting a single source in control of everything, from upfront design and specification detailing to entitlements and every detail of construction. What began with small industrial buildings across the Phoenix area has grown into a vertically integrated design and construction company delivering projects that range from under $1 million to more than $100 million.
Since 1994, LGE has designed and built more than 22 million square feet across a diverse portfolio. LGE is consistently ranked among the top general contractors in the Southwest and is the only large-scale commercial general contractor in Arizona with design and construction under one roof.
In 2014, to mark the company’s 20th anniversary and honor our late founder, LGE established the David R. Sellers Foundation, which supports causes that make a positive impact on families and communities everywhere.
As we look to the future, we remain true to the values our founder set forth, continuing to grow both our capabilities and our positive impact on the communities we serve. We aim to work with people who bring out the best in each other and who show up every day with integrity, determination, and creative thinking. Whether you join us as a teammate or a client, we hope you’ll be part of our vision.
