David has been involved in over 15 million square feet of development and has shaped LGE’s team and process to what it is today. In 2014 to further strengthen the design build mission David started the architectural division within LGE Design Build. He has won several industry awards including NAIOP general contractor of the year, NAIOP TI general contractor of the year, and Phoenix Business Journal 40 under 40.

Michael Stafford

PRESIDENT

As President of LGE Design-Build, Michael Stafford is responsible for executing LGE’s short-term and long-term goals including its continued growth in its primary markets, growth into new markets and expansion into new product offerings. His guiding philosophy for his work and his role at LGE is to constantly put people over profit. He encourages health, wellness and professional excellence from the entire company and does his part to lead by example every day.

Grant Blunt

REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT OF AZ

As the Vice President of Construction, Grant brings over two decades of experience in creative problem-solving, innovative thinking, and a thoughtful approach to client relationships. In addition to his leadership role, he is a certified Design-Build professional by the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), further solidifying his expertise in the industry. Grant's dedication to collaboration and communication makes him an exemplary leader for his department. Grant believes that being reliable and consistently delivering on promises is key to building trust and long-term success with clients and team members alike.

Blake Wells

VICE PRESIDENT OF PRECONSTRUCTION

Blake leverages his deep expertise to drive innovation in cost intelligence, sales analytics, and strategic planning. He takes pride in guiding clients through the complexities of design and construction with a straightforward and consistent approach. Blake’s ability to streamline the preconstruction process and provide clear insights makes him a key leader at LGE, ensuring projects are positioned for success from the start. Brandon Shapiro

VICE PRESIDENT OF ACCOUNTING & FINANCE

Brandon Shapiro, the VP of Accounting & Finance at LGE Design Build, brings nine years of construction industry experience, dedicating over six years to the company. Brandon finds fulfillment in the impact and involvement that extends beyond the traditional back-office accounting function. Recognizing the value of financial insight, he actively fosters cross-departmental cooperation within the team. Brandon's expertise lies in understanding the challenges faced by other teams, serving as a translator between complex financial topics and operational issues. His proactive approach aligns seamlessly with the company's core value of being proactive, reflecting his commitment to driving collaboration and efficiency across diverse aspects of the organization.
