Ray Catlin, Vice President of the Texas Region at LGE Design Build, brings 27 years of construction experience to his role. He oversees the Texas Region with the goal of expanding and growing the business and LGE’s impact in Texas. Ray inspires the team by working alongside them, fostering collaboration and driving them to accomplish amazing things with the aim of becoming the preferred design-build contractor in Texas. For the past 15 years, Ray has focused on leading teams and growing individuals, collaborating to accomplish the most challenging tasks and projects. He identifies most with the company value of dependability, ensuring that every project and team effort is executed with consistent reliability.

Mark S. Cone

Vice President of Architecture & Design

As Vice President, Mark is responsible for all facets of a project from conception through construction, ensuring a standard of excellence in quality and client confidence. When not leading projects, Mark focuses on business development opportunities, fostering client relationships, and introducing new clients and design opportunities to the LGE Design Build team. For Mark, the evolving urban landscapes of Phoenix and the DFW Metroplex provide many exciting opportunities to actively participate in creating functional and inspiring spaces.

Corey Fitzgerald

Director of Project Management

Bringing over a decade of extensive experience in the construction industry, Corey finds fulfillment in navigating the consistently changing challenges inherent in construction. His expertise spans a diverse spectrum, encompassing various product types and market sectors — from leadership and financial management to meticulous scheduling, contracts, and relationship development. With a passion for both the evolving intricacies of the construction industry and the collaborative engagement with people, Corey plays a pivotal role in steering successful project outcomes at LGE Design Build.

David Alderman

Director of Field Operations

David oversees field staff management, safety and risk, logistics, scheduling, and quality control, ensuring that every project meets LGE high standards. Passionate about building both quality structures and strong teams, he is dedicated to training personnel on LGE core values and guiding them to deliver excellence. With 25 years of experience, David plays a key role in upholding LGE commitment to superior craftsmanship and integrity on the field.

Ben Milner

Director of Preconstruction

Benjamin participates in and oversees all front-end owner meetings, design processes, plan reviews, and budgeting. He is deeply involved in subcontractor solicitation, risk evaluations, bid leveling, proposal submission, buyout, and operations turnover. His expertise in design review, budgeting, and buyout ensures that projects are set up for success from the very beginning. He identifies most with the company value of dependability, which drives his commitment to delivering consistent and reliable results.
