10 West Commerce Park

LGE Design Build constructed and designed an 860,000-square-foot industrial building that has become the new U.S. fulfillment center for popular toy maker Funko. Upon completion, the building was sold for a record price in Buckeye, Ariz. This facility is a testament to the quality construction and design by LGE that continues to garner top-of-the-market value.

This modern industrial facility, known as 10 West Commerce Park, was developed by local Phoenix investment firm Creation. The sale of the building, for $130 million, set a new record for a commercial building in Buckeye, Ariz., which is fast becoming a premiere industrial submarket. Situated near the intersection of Interstate 10 and State Route 85, on 72 acres of prime real estate, 10 West boasts best-in-class distribution features. With its sleek, modern architecture provided by LGE Design Group, the canopied entrance is highlighted by clean lines and a storefront glass system for plenty of natural lighting.
