The Collab

The Collab is another exciting addition to the thriving Heritage District in downtown Gilbert and LGE’s ever growing mixed-use portfolio. Developed by Creation and built and designed under one roof by LGE Design Build, the building features three floors of office space totaling 31,282 sf and 9,277 sf of ground-floor retail space.

The building design, colors and materials have a cohesive palette that maintains consistency throughout both the site and building elevations while complimenting the surrounding Gilbert Downtown Heritage District. Features include a large ground level covered patio space on the north side of the building fronting onto Vaughn Ave.

In addition, the project also has a fourth floor patio space that is also on the north side of the building that maximizes views and helps lower the visual scale of the building. The color palette blends the building identification with a classic historical elegance utilizing materials that include canopies, Low-E tinted glazing, brick, EIFS, exposed steel and wood soffits. Four sided architecture is prevalent throughout the elevations with varying height elements, wall offsets with textures and colors.
