When they set out to reimagine their new 10,640 sq. ft. showroom — located in the same building as our Dallas HQ — they trusted LGE Design Build to bring their vision to life. In collaboration with Studio Ambrose, the space was thoughtfully designed to reflect CultureSpace’s creative energy and purpose. Our team executed the full tenant improvement build-out, transforming the raw space into a dynamic showroom made to inspire. What was once a former protein whey lab is now a fully reimagined environment that balances innovation, functionality, and bold design.

A prime example of this synergy is the McKinney Trade Center in McKinney, Texas. LGE was tasked to build Building #4, spanning over 170,000 square feet. This state-of-the-art facility was designed by Pross Design Group, Inc. and expertly brought to life by LGE Design Build.

The newly opened 20,000-square-foot office recently underwent a massive redevelopment led by Creation, the developer, and executed by LGE, the architect and general contractor. The Dallas headquarters, located at 111 Leslie Street, is primely positioned less than 10 minutes from popular Downtown Dallas restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues, less than five minutes from Uptown and offers easy access to the DFW Metroplex highway system.

Northmark Commerce Center is a 234,000-square-foot cross-dock building situated on 20+ acres in the sought-after industrial sub-market of North Fort Worth. The Class A modern building, designed by LGE Design Build, features 104 trailer stall drop lots, 19 trailer stalls, 32’ clear heights and more.

LGE Design Build constructed two very unique hospitality venues in Fort Worth, Texas. Bottled Blonde and Backyard are separate businesses that operate cooperatively in Crockett Row, a vibrant and up-and-coming entertainment district.

820 Exchange is a four-building development, located in Haltom City, Texas, that is made up of nearly 1 million square feet of industrial distribution space. It features a clean-cut modern design and state-of-the-art industrial amenities. This multi-building facility has best-of-market clear height and loading area dimensions, complete with contemporary finishes.

Completed in 2020, Bottled Blonde Houston adds to LGE's Texas hospitality portfolio, and the building’s design has plenty to offer - large overhead retractable doors on the building connect the interior patio to the sidewalk which engages both the streetscape with those seated in the bar and dining area.
