Metso, a global leader in mining technology, partnered with LGE on a two-phase addition and renovation at their Mesa, Arizona facility. The 30,000-plus-square-foot project spanned executive interiors and heavy industrial spaces including a training shop, a classroom, gantry cranes, and massive mining equipment.

Office, manufacturing, and industrial space all meet cohesively under one roof in this 94,000-square-foot facility, which was expertly overhauled to meet the needs of iS Clinical. Tackling this complex project without ever sacrificing quality required careful planning and constant communication.

The Shops at Park Algodon is a seven-acre mixed-use destination in the West Valley, featuring over 14,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space designed to support a vibrant, community-focused environment.

Park Algodon marks a significant milestone as a major industrial development in Phoenix. Spanning 86 acres, the project introduces four state-of-the-art buildings totaling 725,000 square feet of warehouse space. Source Business Center is a ground-up delivery of nearly 145,000 square feet of Class-A industrial space in Tempe, built to support modern logistics and industrial users.

LGE Design Build delivered Thunderbird Commerce Park, a Class A industrial facility in Scottsdale Airpark featuring 32-foot clear heights, 51 dock-high doors, and logistics-ready infrastructure.

This 13,000 SF mixed-use tenant improvement project combined a full office buildout with targeted warehouse upgrades. The scope included structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical improvements to deliver a customized, high-performance workspace supporting Mazak’s operational needs and long-term growth.

What was once a 3,330-square-foot office is now Brunch & Sip—a vibrant, two-story restaurant featuring indoor dining on both levels, a full commercial kitchen, bar, DJ booth, and an inviting outdoor patio designed for all-day energy and connection.

A long-abandoned restaurant in Chandler was brought back to life as Warren’s Supper Club—an elevated, moody venue featuring a new stage and DJ booth, upgraded kitchen and restrooms, refinished booths, and a reimagined exterior with fire pits, heaters, and a covered patio.

The Promenade – Cardone Ventures tenant improvement project is a Class A office space transformation located in Scottsdale, AZ. Spanning 43,000 SF, this project incorporated high-end finishes and state-of-the-art technology, including large LED TV walls requiring extensive coordination.

The Shapiro Law Team office project transformed an unfinished basement into a fully conditioned, high-end law office space in Phoenix, AZ. Spanning just under 17,000 SF across three stories, the project introduced a break room, quiet room, and central stairwell, ensuring functionality and seamless flow between levels.

LGE Design Build is proud to have designed and constructed Immedia's stunning new two-story office building, spanning 32,000 square feet. Immedia's new office is a testament to modern design and technological integration, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass walls, striking metal infrastructure frames, and intricate stonework customized exclusively for the building. Inside, it showcases the most current and integrated smart technology solutions that Immedia specializes in.

Designed by LGE Design Build, the first phase of the project broke ground in Q2 2021. Phase 1 of the development features two buildings at 130,570 square feet and 97,130 square feet, with the latter featuring speculative suites and each building offering 32-foot clear heights.

Fetzer Surgical’s 16,344-square-foot building was designed to be highly functional while simultaneously visually appealing. As a part of the vibrant residential neighborhood of DC Ranch, the LGE Design Build team strived to create a space that complements the surrounding offices and industrial buildings while upholding DC Ranch’s design guidelines. The earth-toned medical building features steel shade trellises and a sloped metal roof with an interior space designed to offer many unobstructed views of the McDowell Mountains.

LGE Design Build constructed and designed an 860,000-square-foot industrial building that has become the new U.S. fulfillment center for popular toy maker Funko. Upon completion, the building was sold for a record price in Buckeye, Ariz. This facility is a testament to the quality construction and design by LGE that continues to garner top-of-the-market value.

SOLLiD Cabinetry is situated on 17 acres of land in Chandler, Arizona. LGE Design Build served as the architect and interior designer for this project that boasts six acres under roof for the purpose of utilizing manufacturing equipment imported from around the world. The facility also features 50,000 square feet of Class A office space and an expansive two-story lobby with lush finishes, including a solid walnut reception desk and fluted marble backwall.

Ortho AZ adds to LGE Design Build's stout portfolio of specialty design and construction, requiring both surgical and imaging suite designs. The project, located in Scottsdale, Arizona, was designed and built by LGE Design Build. The team also consisted of project-specific engineers, healthcare consultants, and subcontractors, who came together under one roof to properly produce the wide array of detail found in a medical project of this scope.

Designed and built by LGE Design Build, this 5,500 sf retail space speaks to the Sunday Goods brand through elevated materials and a unique space plan. Resort-style amenities include a central lobby and check-in desk, a complimentary refreshment area, as well as a customer drive-thru and ample on-site parking.

As the architect and general contractor for this unique project, LGE Design Build created a one-of-a-kind, luxury vehicle storage facility known as The Vault of Scottsdale. A Scottsdale-based antique and classic car dealer, Evans Classic Auto, will house their private collection of cars and memorabilia in this 15,931-square-foot warehouse-style building.

New Horizons Women's Care is a new 7,800-square-foot medical center in Gilbert, Arizona, designed and built by LGE. Careful planning and design of this new medical office yielded 12 exam rooms, 1 mammography room, 2 ultrasound areas, and multiple offices and nurse stations.

The Collab is another exciting addition to the thriving Heritage District in downtown Gilbert and LGE’s ever growing mixed-use portfolio. Developed by Creation and built and designed under one roof by LGE Design Build, the building features three floors of office space totaling 31,282 sf and 9,277 sf of ground-floor retail space.

A flagship project that showcases the full-service approach offered by LGE Design Build, this 793,000-square-foot shell is one of the most forward-thinking, industrial projects on the market today. The streamlined, modern aesthetic is designed to captivate and brand its future tenant in Goodyear, Arizona.

Gila River School fosters grades 6 through 12 and includes classrooms, labs, specialty rooms, a gymnasium, and a multipurpose lunchroom with adjacent outdoor amenity space. The design maintains a clean, linear and striped aesthetic with a standing-seam panel projection atop a storefront window system and two-story overhang at the main entrance. The entry also features an alternating steel scrim to shade and provide privacy to the administration.

Building on the foundation of our core business services, LGE HQ2 is designed to incorporate a variety of building materials and construction methodologies. Combined, these create our unique Phoenix office that showcases our design-build capabilities and creates a comfortable environment for our team.

This state-of-the-art, two-story healthcare facility, located in Mesa, Arizona, features architecture and was constructed by LGE Design Build. The 18,000-square-foot medical office has a modern block and stucco design that is highlighted, at the entrance, by composite planks made from recycled plastics and reclaimed wood. The glazing and storefront window system allow for an abundance of natural lighting throughout the building.


The first floor houses an endoscopy health facility containing a lobby, waiting room, and five operatories, while the second floor is made up of medical support offices. The 1.6-acre property has nearly 100 parking spaces that surround the building, ensuring a short walk for their patients to the lobby.

Loftin Equipment Company’s new office, which is just to the north of our own Phoenix office, is a 20,549-square-foot office/warehouse facility.

Laser Components manufactures exactly what you might expect – laser components, within clean environments and with microscopic precision. The project is the home of the Southwest US office, research and production facility, incorporating complex gas, liquid chemical, electrical and air systems that are critical to the delicate processes of Laser Components’ business.

Extending their community-focused healthcare approach to the Southwest Valley, Adelante Healthcare’s latest facility incorporates multiple structural elements and architectural vernacular into a cohesive, modern medical facility that leaves a lasting impression on patients and providers.

OBON Sushi opened in May of 2019 to a packed house within another of LGE’s projects – The Grove at McCormack Ranch. At 4,480 SF, the sushi and ramen bar combines the Santa Barbara style with a warm, contemporary interior of natural wood tones and cool concrete and masonry touches.

Watch Me Grow is a privately owned child care and preschool brand founded by Julie Costello in 2005. In this 8,212 SF ground-up facility in Gilbert, AZ, LGE has delivered a playful and dynamic project that speaks to the company’s passion for childcare inside and out.

Located in the heart of Gilbert at the SanTan Village Shopping Center, Sandbar is the newest and wildly popular concept to hit the Town. At 10,000 sf and already preparing to expand, this exciting restaurant concept is LGE’s newest addition to its growing list of restaurant and entertainment projects.

Arizona Outback Adventures is one of the newest and most striking additions to DC Ranch. This adventure moved its 12,500 SF headquarters to the North Scottsdale location in 2018. It is a two-story project, designed by James Elson to reflect the character of the company within and without the new building.

Located in Downtown Gilbert, Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row is one of the top attractions for both locals and visitors. With a sprawling floor plan, ample patio, restaurant and country music vibe, Whiskey Row is a popular spot for day or evening dining and entertainment.

The Collective on Baseline completely transformed a former hub of activity in Tempe, Arizona, following a downturn in early 2000. The new, stay-all-day destination is a mixed-use development, offering both entertainment and residential components.

An American gastropub with Italian influence, Stock & Stable is part of The Colony along 7th Street in Uptown Phoenix’s latest hospitality district. Offering a warm, inviting atmosphere with a menu developed by Chef Jared Porter, the food and experience are second to none.

Moving into the former home of Axis Radius Nightclub, Bottled Blonde Scottsdale has quickly become the acclaimed successor to one of Old Town’s longest standing nightclubs. The indoor/outdoor concept with a wraparound and rooftop patio has a seat for everyone.

Integrating design and functionality into this office of the future, the expansive, unencumbered layout of the interior reflects the needs of its collaborative workforce. The focus on communal spaces includes a large, outdoor patio that integrates seamlessly into the indoor environment.

The new headquarters for PSS Law located in North Scottsdale along the Loop 101 near DC Ranch is a Class-A office space building with integrated design features including color block and green reflective glazing that accentuate the wood tones of the interior. From start to finish, design, permitting and construction were completed on this luxurious office building in just over 8 months.

After being named Fastest Growing Company by Inc. Magazine, Plexus relocated their Headquarters to an impressive, new facility on the Salt River Pima Indian Community. The 73,500-square-foot, two-story building provides the foundation Plexus needs to continue its continued growth.

In order to increase R&D capabilities, Garmin International added additional staff and built a brand new building in Chandler, Arizona. The high-tech office space features state-of-the-art technology and was awarded Best LEED Design in 2014 by the NAIOP.

The first Class-A office building to break a 5-year drought on new construction in The Airpark corridor, Bahia 101 is a 3-story facility with a sweeping 360-degree view of the surrounding McDowell Mountains and integral access to the Loop 101.

Sonoran Medical Centers add professional medical staff to the expanding needs of the Phoenix-Metro area with 9 providers centralized in a single office. Designed to include ample daylighting as a primary feature, the new facility creates a bright experience throughout the office and exam room spaces.

To expand their practice and provide medical services to women in the Northwest Valley, Estrella Women’s Healthcare Center more than doubled their capacity with this project. The new facility improves efficiency and adds additional space.

With a growing pediatric population, Gilbert needed a medical facility that could take care of the community. Desert Shores Pediatrics was that solution. Completed as a design-build in 2016, the project focused on providing both doctors and patients with a pleasant and comfortable experience when visiting the office.

A tenant in the Fairview Medical Plaza, Desert Kidney Associates occupy 4,200-square-feet of this modern medical office building in response to the growing demand for patient facilities located near regional medical centers and major transportation thoroughfares.

Baywood Health Center was renovated to meet Class-A medical office space spec through a multi-million dollar renovation, transforming the properties exterior and interior spaces to attract additional healthcare staff to the growing area.

Adelante Healthcare Mesa was designated the nation’s first LEED Platinum community healthcare facility as well as the Phoenix Business Journal’s “Talk of the Town” and Healthcare Project of the Year from RED Awards.

Capturing a Red Award for Best Redevelopment Project in 2012, the Adelante Healthcare facility transformed a vacant, existing structure into a new location that offers renowned community healthcare services to residents in Surprise, Arizona.

Walking down Gilbert Road, it is truly remarkable for those who remember to compare today’s vibrant Heritage District to the vacant lots and standalone restaurants as recently as 5 years past. Heritage Marketplace now boasts some of the valley’s top-rated experiences and continues to attract new businesses. It also captured AZRE’s RED Award for Best Mixed-Use Project in 2016.

The new headquarters for Utility Trailer, a family-owned business operating in The Phoenix Valley since 1953, doubled its facility size. One major focus of this project was to more readily integrate into the distribution routes of the southwest portion of The Valley, around its location in Tolleson, Arizona. The interior space includes both retail, office, and industrial components.

Equipping our public safety and military forces with properly tested gear, TYR Tactical’s sprawling showroom and warehouse facility sits on 8.6 acres in a prime commercial location that. It is suited to facilitate both their consumer and wholesale business model.

Located in the East Valley, positioned to service industry partners throughout the Southwest, Metso’s facility combines the needs of a variety of mining, construction, and recycling services along with on-site repairs for field equipment.

Joining a network of distribution centers throughout The Valley, this new FedEx Ground Sorting Facility will bring additional capacity to its expanding network. Located in the Deer Valley Airpark, this facility is connected is to the I-17, a major transportation thoroughfare.

Expanding to meet the needs of growing enrollment, Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine’s community commons building is a mixed-use, two-story building that provides additional spaces that enhance the amenities of the existing campus.

Legacy Traditional Schools’ Laveen campus was expanded with 22,000 additional square feet to accommodate a total of 300 students. Legacy Traditional leaned on LGE to create a new location that allowed for the increasing demand in Arizona for alternatives to public schooling.

The Scheduling Institute is a Downtown Phoenix adaptive reuse project that won a Red Award for Best Redevelopment Project in 2015. The team converted the former Jackson’s on Third into a dental training facility by salvaging much of its structural heritage and adding modern design components.

Alamo Draft House is part of the explosion of Alamo’s boutique movie-theater concept into neighborhoods all around the valley and nation. Mixing it up with an array of retail, multifamily and restaurant buildings, Alamo Draft House joins The Collective, a mixed-use development you can’t miss as you drive down the busy Baseline Road in Tempe. The building’s exterior evokes the old, red movie theater curtain of years past with the playful pattern of metal panel that skins the building. Then, there’s the murals – two giant pop-culture installments on the west façade near the entry and the movie-poster inspired creation on the south Baseline frontage.
