Tenant Improvement
Our team thrives when we create something from nothing, but reimagining an existing space is a challenge we’re enthusiastic about. Each project is an opportunity to bring something from the past into the future. If you’re looking to partner with a firm that can design excellence for an adaptive reuse or TI building, take a look at what we’ve done before. We’re sure you’ll find something that inspires you.

LGE Dallas Texas HQ
The newly opened 20,000-square-foot office recently underwent a massive redevelopment led by Creation, the developer, and executed by LGE, the architect and general contractor. The Dallas headquarters, located at 111 Leslie Street, is primely positioned less than 10 minutes from popular Downtown Dallas restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues, less than five minutes from Uptown and offers easy access to the DFW Metroplex highway system.
Bottled Blonde Houston
Completed in 2020, Bottled Blonde Houston adds to LGE's Texas hospitality portfolio, and the building’s design has plenty to offer - large overhead retractable doors on the building connect the interior patio to the sidewalk which engages both the streetscape with those seated in the bar and dining area.
Scottsdale Galleria
In the heart of Old Town, The Scottsdale Galleria is a 400,000-square-foot property originally designed as a retail mall. Following the development of the surrounding area into a retail district, The Galleria was converted into an office environment for tenants including Yelp.
