Month: September 2026

Muscular Moving Men has served the Valley since 2008. Now, the company and its commercial division, M3 Commercial Moving & Logistics, are preparing to move into a new North Phoenix headquarters built to match how far they’ve come.

LGE Design Build served as both architect and general contractor on the project, bringing warehouse, office, training, and dispatch functions together under one roof. The building includes a 32-foot clear height, climate-controlled storage, and a warehouse training room with a built-in moving truck. Employees will also have access to a fully equipped fitness center and a desert garden with a patio.

CEO Josh Jurhill, President Justin Hodge, and COO Jim Stevens joined us on-site to talk through the project, sharing what it took to get here and what the finished space means for the team moving in.

LGE Design Build has been named one of AZ Big Media’s Most Admired Companies of 2026, an award based on workplace culture, leadership, social responsibility, innovation, and customer opinion.

This year alone, our team has broken ground on new industrial campuses, completed tenant improvement projects for growing businesses, and kept crews moving on complex builds without missing a beat.

Along the way, we’ve also made time to give back, from volunteering with local charities to opening our jobsites to young people learning the trade. None of that happens without the people doing the work, on the jobsite, in the office, and everywhere in between.

We’re proud of that work, and glad to see it recognized. Thank you to AZ Big Media for the honor.
