    THIS PROJECT IS A NEW OFFICE / WAREHOUSE BUILDING WITH SITE WORK
    ON A VACANT 2.7 ACRE PARCEL LOCATED AT NORTH OF THE LOOP 202 ON
    52ND STREET IN PHOENIX, AZ. THERE IS 14,105 S.F. OF OFFICE SPACE
    (INCLUDING A MEZZANINE) AND 25,577 S.F. OF WAREHOUSE SPACE. THE
    TOTAL BUILDING S.F. IS 39,682 S.F. THE BUILDING DESIGN WILL CONSIST OF
    PAINTED TILT-UP CONCRETE PANEL WALLS WITH PAINTED METAL PANELS
    AND TILE SURROUNDING THE ADJACENT MAIN ENTRY WALLS. THERE ARE
    PAINTED STEEL CANOPIES OVER THE MAIN ENTRY AND WINDOWS AND ONE
    STEEL BALCONY AREA OFF THE MEZZANINE ON THE PROJECT. THE
    PROPOSED TENANT USE WILL CONSIST OF ONE TENANT THAT PROVIDES
    EVENT STYLE SOUND, LIGHTING AND VIDEO FOR EVENTS IN THE AREA.
