    THIS PROJECT IS A NEW OFFICE TENANT-IMPROVEMENT, (OCCUPANCY GROUP B) ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF AN EXISTING SHELL BUILDING, WITH EXISTING PARKING, HARDSCAPE AND LANDSCAPING AND UTILITIES ALREADY IN PLACE. THE TENANT’S G.C. WILL BE INSTALLING INTERIOR PARTITION WALLS, MILLWORK, AND FINISHES. THE SHELL BUILDING IS FULLY-SPRINKLED, AND THE NEW TENANT WILL TIE INTO AN EXISTING SPRINKLER AND FIRE-ALARM SYSTEM. THE TOTAL GROSS LEASED SPACE TO THE NEW TENANT IS DESCRIBED UNDER CODE SUMMARY.
