MS Chandler Airpark

MS Chandler Airpark is a four-building complex with turn-key shell and flexible, open space design that is ready to adapt to each user’s needs. The project focuses on the design and efficiencies of modern, mixed-use flex and industrial space suited to a variety of tenants.

Drawing on the appeal of warehouse and manufacturing mentalities, ingress and egress were the first priority of design, ensuring that both civilian and commercial/industrial traffic could easily navigate the property. Split face block, exposed steel beams, and native desert landscaping lend the complex a Southwestern feel and curb appeal. With a market continuing to adapt and move toward flexible space plans, MS Chandler Airpark is readily capable of accommodating small, light and medium industrial tenants with its minimal office spec suites.
