Taking design cues from Modern Flames’ and AF Steel’s core values, this high-performance building allowed both tenants to fully realize the tremendous growth potential unlocked by a facility catered to increasing efficiency from both a customer service and product perspective.

Meeting the needs of a client required spaces for consistent client engagement and back office operations including circulation and inventory. Modern Flames now has the capacity to complete product demonstrations in show and conference rooms as well as greet clients in a well-appointed lobby. Built from the ground up with detail paid to the needs of both manufacturing and customer service, Modern Flames is able to house twice as many containers and AF steel appreciated a 50% increase in production across the board.
