Desert Shores Pediatric

With a growing pediatric population, Gilbert needed a medical facility that could take care of the community. Desert Shores Pediatrics was that solution. Completed as a design-build in 2016, the project focused on providing both doctors and patients with a pleasant and comfortable experience when visiting the office.

The interior design inspiration came from a classic California beach theme, including clapboard siding white trim and trellises. The aesthetic is consistent from the exterior to the reception, waiting and exam rooms. The practice now offers more than 20 exam rooms in a 10,000 square foot facility sitting on a lot just over an acre in size. Christie Holmes, President of Desert Shores calls the space “light, bright and a welcoming environment for children.”
