Adelante Healthcare Mesa

Adelante Healthcare Mesa was designated the nation’s first LEED Platinum community healthcare facility as well as the Phoenix Business Journal’s “Talk of the Town” and Healthcare Project of the Year from RED Awards.

Designed around energy efficiency and environmental sensitivity, the Adelante Healthcare facility utilizes elements like low-VOC paints, recycled materials, energy saving technologies, responsible waste disposal and green-living ideals to achieve its high-performance operation. Design, engineering and construction were completed in just over 9 months, allowing Adelante Healthcare Mesa to become the first comprehensive facility along the light rail line to provide preventative health services to individuals in the East Valley.
