From your first meeting with the LGE team, you are advised about the cost, timing and conception of your project. Once you have selected the physical site, LGE’s architects step in to develop site, floor and elevation plans. After finalization and approval of those plans, LGE estimators review all information and assemble project budgets. Then, when your estimate is complete, the LGE management team presents your detailed design build proposal and schedule as set forth in our exclusive Phased Development Agreement™.
