    THIS PROJECT IS A PERMITTED PLAN CHANGE FOR NEW SPECULATIVE OFFICE TENANT-IMPROVEMENT, (OCCUPANCY GROUP B) ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF AN EXISTING SHELL BUILDING, WITH EXISTING PARKING, HARDSCAPE AND LANDSCAPING AND UTILITIES ALREADY IN PLACE. THE TENANT’S G.C. WILL BE INSTALLING INTERIOR PARTITION WALLS, MILLWORK, AND FINISHES. THE SHELL BUILDING IS FULLY SPRINKLED, AND THE NEW TENANT WILL TIE INTO AN EXISTING FIRE-ALARM SYSTEM. THE TOTAL GROSS LEASED SPACE FOR THIS PROJECT (SUITE 203) IS 2,965 S.F.
