David E. Sellers
President / CEO
Since joining LGE in 2000 David has been involved in over 15 million square feet of development and has shaped LGE’s team and process to what it is today. In 2014 to further strengthen the design build mission David started LGE Design Group, LGE’s architectural arm. He has won several industry awards including NAIOP general contractor of the year, NAIOP TI general contractor of the year, and Phoenix Business Journal 40 under 40.
Ben McRae joined LGE Design Build as the Principal Architect in 2017. He is an award-winning designer, who specializes in high-quality, functional design. He partners closely with the construction team to ensure that we meet and exceed the client’s vision for every project. As a leader, he is focused on mentoring young architects so they can create their own successful careers.
Grant Blunt started at LGE as the Director of Preconstruction in 2015. He brings with him over a decade of experience in creative problem-solving, innovative thinking and a thoughtful approach to client relationships. Blunt’s dedication to collaboration and communication make him an exemplary leader for his department.

Brian Lewis joined the LGE Design Build team in 2018 as a Director of Construction. Before joining us, Lewis spent decades in the construction industry, mastering every step of the process. He believes in doing things right the first time as a way to build trust and excitement in his clients. His impact has already been felt throughout the organization and our clients.

Frank Pettit leads LGE Design Build as the Vice President, Construction/Operations. Since 1996, he has been executing the vision of our clients with innovation, accountability, and expertise. Pettit’s dedication to always taking care of those around him, whether they’re colleagues or clients has helped him build a successful, long-lasting career.

Carrie Garcia has been with LGE Design Build for more than 15 years. She started as a receptionist and has grown into her role as Chief Administrative Officer and trusted advisor to LGE. Her passion for people and focus on empathy have made her a tremendous leader who cultivates a culture of growth and excellence.

Michael Stafford joined LGE Design-Build as the Chief Financial Officer with a mission to make an immediate, positive impact. His guiding philosophy for his work and his role at LGE is to constantly put people over profit.
